Human Rights Commission of Pakistan is an Organisation with the objectives and aims to protect the human rights of citizens of Pakistan. At every Human Rights Council Sessions it claims that it is fulfilling its objects with full responsibility. At least Asma Jhangir chairman of HRCP use to claim it every where that HRCP is doing its best.

But on the contrary if we analyse the realities and real situation of Human rights particularly at Balochistan and the HRCP position.

Abduction of Baloch legends:

The Pakistan Military Intelligence and ISI are abducting Baloch legends from the last ten years for political reasons and keeping them in military truncheons for years but the HRCP instead of raising voice for Baloch abductions is collaborating with intelligence organizations in hiding the violation of Baloch human rights. The abduction of Baloch students i.e Chakar Baloch, Zakir Majeed, Sami Baloch and hundreds of others. As until now thousands of Balochs including females are missing. HRCP sometimes issues controversial statements about missing Balochs in order to give a controversial message to the International community and to serve Pakistan Fascist Intelligence Organizations as well. We have seen that some Baloch's have returned to home from the Army truncheons and even they have given press statements. That they were abducted by army Intelligence organisations and were held incommunicado. And even many of them have claimed that they have seen other Baloch's in the torture cells but HRCP has never tried to raise such evidences to ask intelligence organizations about the abductions.

Extradition of Baloch prisoners to Iran:

When I received the news that on 26th September 2009 Pakistan Intelligence Organizations have extradited and handed over 17 Baloch's Including Mr. Ehsan Arjumandi who is a Norwegian citizen to Iran and handed them over to Iranian Intelligence Organizations. I thought that now HRCP may for the sack of a Norwegian citizen raise voice for Baloch human rights. But it is very difficult for a MI or ISI allied group to raise voice against the atrocities of Pakistan.

I myself remember the days when Iranian Intelligence personnels interrogated me about my visits to Iran in Pakistani torture cells. I also remember the words of Shaheed Haider Raisani at Quetta Central Jail about his fear that they would be handed over to Iran. As I was the translator of Mr. Haider Raisani and ICRC representatives. So, mostly ICRC was engaged to protect them from extraditing them to Iran. But I never saw any HRCP representative to help any Baloch for his human rights. And from the recent event of extraditing 17 Balochs to Iran and handing them secretly to Iranian Intelligence fascist organizations. It was quite clear that Baloch would raise this issue every where so Madame Asma Jhanghir is on a visit to Quetta as per instructions of ISI and MI officials to please Balochs that do not take this issue to other organizations as HRCP is already here to help you. But now Madame Asma Jhanghir must realize this fact that now Balochs and International community became aware of HRCP tactics.

Cold blooded murder of Baloch leaders:

The day light abduction of Baloch leaders Waja Gulam Mohammad, Waja Shair Mohammad, and waja Lala Munir from the turbat antiterrorist court and Mr. Rasool Bux Mengal from Lasbella and then torturing them to death and through their dead bodies in deserts or hanging them to trees are worst forms of violation of human rights.

On the other hand if we analyse the efforts of HRCP to ask for justice for the cold blood murder of Baloch leaders. We clearly find that HRCP is just a friendly opposition to Pakistan Intelligence Organizations MI, and ISI.

Which instead of raising and highlighting the issues of violation of Baloch Human Rights is trying to dump the issues.

After the Turbat incidence as the HRCP saw that all International organizations are taking notice of this issue and asking for to bring the perpetrator to justice. So, HRCP sent a fact finding mission to Turbat and ask the mission to submit its report to head office as soon as possible.

A draft copy of fact finding mission of HRCP on Turbat cold blood murder of Baloch leaders is attached.

As from the last four/five months HRCP head office was intentionally hiding the truth from the national and international community. Because this report clearly indicates that Pakistan Intelligence Organizations were the abductors and the killers of Baloch leaders.

Therefore I request from all media and Human Rights Organizations to take notice of this report and ask HRCP for its intentional hiding of the truth.

Aid to Pakistan military troubling

I was just reading today the latest news about the multi-billion dollar Pakistan aid bill currently awaiting President Obama’s signature, when I got an email about the recent abduction of a Norwegian citizen traveling in Pakistan.

According to a letter sent out today from the Baloch Human Rights Council of Canada to Norway’s representative in Ontario, Norwegian Ehsan Arjemandi had gone to Pakistan to visit his family in July.

The BHRC said Arjemandi was traveling to Karachi by bus in August when several “unidentified vehicles intercepted the bus, armed men got into the bus and took Mr. Ehsan Arjemandi out of the bus and covered his head with a black blanket and took him away.”

His family hasn’t heard from him since. The council said that witnesses to the abduction say that Arjemandi was abducted by a team led by Major Mohammed Shahid, a military intelligence officer.

The BHRC said that Arjemandi has been “a very active voice in Norway and Europe against the human rights violation in Balochistan… had organized several peaceful processions in front of Pakistan Embassy in Norway against the illegal abduction of political workers in Balochistan, where more than 8000 political workers have been made disappeared by Pakistan military.”

The BHRC also said that it believes the Pakistan army and the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) carried out the abduction “to punish Mr. Ehsan Arjemandi and at the same time silence the voice of Baloch Diaspora against Pakistan army's brutalities in Balochistan.”

Balochistan or Baluchistan is an area that covers parts of Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan. Baloch political leaders in Pakistan want greater control of the region’s resources, protection for the Baloch minority and a halt to the building of military bases. The government has also used the Baloch region to test its nuclear weapons.

Some militant forces want the entire Baloch region to be an independent country and have carried out bombings and other violent actions to get attention. Of course, Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan want their territories to remain intact.

Pakistan’s Human Rights Commission backs up much of what the BHRC says about abductions and torture. It has tracked hundreds of Baloch political party members, students, doctors and tribal leaders who have been detained by government security forces, many disappearing for months or even years. Some have been tortured or have died in custody, according to the commission.

Members of Arjemandi’s family, who were already worried because Arjemandi has a heart condition, expressed fears that he would be tortured by the Pakistan military.

However, the human rights group said that they had confirmation that the Pakistan military had handed Arjemandi over to Iranian authorities who had transferred him to Zahidan prison.

The BHRC said it believes that Arjemandi’s life is now in even more danger because several Baloch political activists who were handed over to Iranian Authorities have been hanged after being tortured.

The U.S. aid package would give Pakistan $1.5 billion annually over the next five years ostensibly for democratic, economic and social development programs. That's all fine. Those programs should be encouraged. But it’s the part that allows “such sums as are necessary” for military aid that bother me.

11 person including women and children killed in Dera Bugti air strikes: BRP

Quetta: Central spokesman of BRP Mr. Sher Mohammad Bugti has strongly condemned the killing of innocent women and children in Dera Bugti, by Pakistan army bombardment. He appealed to the United Nations and other International Human Rights Organisations to take notice of the Human Rights violations in Balochistan.

He said that the government’s announcements [packages] and reconciliations were nothing but drama and empty slogans. The ruling class is committing genocide of Baloch people even today [in this so called democratic period]. He said the government force have been carrying out barbaric acts in Sui, Sori, Azmerdan, Khajori and surroundings areas from last four days. “These peoples’ only fault is being Baloch and Bugti” said Sher Mohammad Bugti. Also in Neelagh region the Pakistani security forces have killed four persons including women. On the other hand seven innocent people including women and children have been killed close to Punjab’s bordering area of Nithal, these families were moving to safer places, where they wanted to work hard to help their children. But Pakistani brutal forces even did not spare them [refugees].

In Pathfeedar RD 238’s Goth Wali in Kandhkot Goth Zaheera, Shahnawaz, Baband and Dwanbah the bordering areas to Sindh have been bombarded, where poor people were busy working, their huts, standing corps and other belongings have been destroyed. Sher Mohammad Bugti has said that gunship helicopters and fighter jets have been used in above mentioned areas. He said the bombing was still continuing till the filing of this report, 15 persons including women and children have been injured so far. Hundreds of people have been arrested and taken to undisclosed locations for investigations. The water supply lines from Pathfeedar to surrounding farms have been cut off and people are being forced to leave the area. However when people move from their villages the Pakistani security forces will follow them and either arrest them or kill them. The injured people are not allowed to go to any hospitals, neither have they been provided any medicines.

Mr Bugti said that he was shocked that so called International Human Rights champions were silent over the death and destruction of innocent people in Balochistan. He said if the Pakistani brutal forces think that they will eliminate the Baloch struggle for liberation by such barbaric acts then they are entirely mistaken. Our nation’s determination will become stronger and the hatred against the state will grow even stronger.

He urged the International Community and International Human Rights Organisations to raise voice against Pakistan’s inhuman acts in Balochistan. He said Pakistan has been carrying out this genocide of our people from last 60 years but the International Community has played role of silent spectators.

Another spokesman of BRP Mr Faisal Bugti has also strongly condemned the attack on civilian populations and the killing of innocent people. He has also requested from the International community to press Pakistani army to halt the army operation. “The International Human Rights Bodies must take notice of ongoing Human Rights violations in Balochistan”. He said.

Baloch political activist Ehsan Arjumandi extradited to Iran

Quetta: Pakistani government has extradited Mr Ehsan Arjemandi along with 10 other Baloch to Iran. According to details the brother of Ehsan Mr. Ali Arjemandi has revealed yesterday that his brother has been extradited to Iran. Mr Ali expressed concerned about his brothers safety. He said that Iran might execute his brother as in last couple of months Iran has executed more than 20 Baloch activists including those handed over to Iran by Pakistani authorities.

Leaders of BSO (azaad) BRP, BUC, BNM and other political parties in Balochistan has strongly condemned the extradition of Mr Arjemandi and said that Iran and Pakistan are violating the International laws and treaties. The Baloch leaders urged the International Community and International Human Right Organisations to take notice of such illegal extraditions and extra judicial executions of Baloch People by the Iranian authorities in Iranian occupied Baluchistan.

We see at the end that Baloch youth are hanged by the Ahmadinezhad's brutal regime in a public square of Zahidan.

Nothing but freedom from Pakistan would pacify Baloch people : Brahmdagh Bugti

Islamabad, Sep.29 - ANI: Baloch Republican Party (BRP) chief Brahmdagh Bugti has rejected negotiations with the Pakistan government, saying the Baloch people want nothing less than freedom.

When asked that whether his party was in contact with the Pakistani government to resolve the Baloch crises, Bugti said there was not any need to contact the government, as the Baloch people have only one demand that of freedom from Pakistans suppression.

Not at all. I have no contact with the government. We dont need to contact them. We need nothing from Pakistan. We want them to leave our land and release our people from their torture chambers, Bugti said during an interview to the Dawn.

When asked that whether he supported the calls by several Baloch politicians and activists to try Pervez Musharraf for his grandfather Akbar Khan Bugtis killing, Brahmdagh Bugti said Musharraf was only a an instrument.

Musharraf has been an instrument of the establishment and not an individual who has acted on his own. Simply trying him is not likely to change the overall situation of the Baloch, he said.

Baltimore: Musharraf’s speech heckled by Baloch activist

The moral decay and hypocrisy of the American political fabric was in full display: a coup plotter and dictator responsible for the genocide in Baluchistan, embarking on the Kargil misadventure with India and providing safe sanctuary to the Taliban and Al Qaeda top leaders was addressing faculty and students of a private university about peace Tuesday evening.

Something is rotten in the state of Denmark [United States]-- Pakistan's former junta leader General Pervez Musharraf, kicked off the Baltimore Speaker Series at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, an event sponsored by the National Public Radio and the Baltimore Sun.

A Baluch resistance worker loyal to the freedom struggle in Baluchistan forced Musharraf to admit his real background in public.

"Yes I was a dictator," a visibly annoyed Musharraf acknowledged before the students and faculty of the private Stevenson University at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore. Musharraf said this as a Baluch worker of the American Friends of Baluchistan, very calmly called him "dictator, dictator, dictator" in front of nearly 800 people.

Musharraf was first caught with his pants down when he was talking about the absolute necessity of peace with India. At this point, the Baluch worker chanted, "Kargil, Kargil, Kargil" to the chagrin of the former army chief and president who seized power in a miitary coup.

Musharraf and the top army brass had initiated the Kargil adventure to scuttle the warming up of relations between India and Pakistan when former Indian premier A.B. vajpayee travelled to Pakistan to sign the Lahore Accord with his Pakistani counterpart, Nawaz Sharif in spring 1999. By autumn, Pakistan was under military rule.

The ticket to attend and disrupt the Musharraf speaking session was provided by an American well-wisher who was requested to throw a shoe at Musharraf.

At another point, when Musharraf was explaining the Taliban and said the Taliban are based in Afghanistan, the Baluch worker shouted, "Pakistan, Pakistan, Pakistan." He was abruptly told "You created Taliban," to which he did not respond.

Musharraf was irritated by the heckling and said the person who is doing this must be from India.

At this the AFB worker said, "Baluchistan, Baluchistan." Pakistan army began a military operation against Baluch seeking freedom when Musharraf was in power -- the military operation is still going on. Baluch youth and students are abducted by the Military Intelliegence and tortured in Nazi-style dungeons while those demanding freedom are also burnt alive by the jihadist soldiers. As the dictator watched in shock, he was told, "Get out of Baluchistan, killer."

The AFB earlier protested outside the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall by smacking a poster of with a shoe. Another AFB poster read "Declare ISI a terrorist outfit.."

The AFB protest was supported by young, liberal Americans who are opposed to US support for dictators around the world.

The Baluch are totally opposed to Pakistan's parasitic existence on the world map as their Texas-sized homeland was occupied against their wishes on March 27, 1948 – seven months after the British left India divided.

Though Musharraf never mentions it in public, his alter-ego in the Pakistan military is former chief of the Inter Services Intelligence, Gen. Hamid Gul. The former junta leader always defends and supports the I.S.I.

According to news received by Taptan news agency large scale arrests continue in Balochistan, and during the past few days dozens have been arrested for cooperating and distributing the CDs of BPRM ( Baloch People Resistance Movement) in Balochistan.

Criminal zabolis and Iranian Revolutionary Guards are in a mission of arresting Baloch youth, putting them behind the bars and torturing them till death, during the past few days dozens of young Baloch have been arrested in the cities of Iranshahr, Chabahar, Sarbaaz, Sarawaan, Khash and Zahedan while the previous arrested Balochs are still not released and are in detention.



Iran thinks that by arresting the youth they can create a atmosphere of fear between the people of Balochistan, so the Baloch people will not fight for their rights,if so then Pakistan would have crushed the growing Baloch movement for Independence ages ago, but she has tought wrong because these arrests has only added to the hate of people towards the criminal zabolis and Iran, so it will cause more people to go in the battlefield and fight for a democratic Free Balochistan.



Now the Baloch youth is tired of the non-human and anti-human behavior of Zabolis and are ready to join the rank of BPRM to fight for the independence of their motherland Balochistan.

Pakistani government has already decided to crush Baloch nation in order to plunder natural resources.In reality rulers love the Baloch land but not Baloch nation.Islamabad promised several mega projects in Balochistan,but in actual these projects are tool to extend the slavery.

If Gwadar port will be the source of economicall revolution in Balochistan so why an army cantonment is necessary in Gwadar?The old population will be shifted to ''Fishermen Town''as mentioned in master plan of Gwadar.The new housing schemes will be populated by punjabis & indian mohajirs,while Baloch will be limited to''Fishermen Town'' as today facing same sort of problems in Karachi.Why an army cantonment needed right besides''Sui Gas Plant''?Why a cantonment is must in Kohlu?

These are the projects to weaken the Baloch nation politically as well as economically,they want to make us slave and dependent for next 62 years.State has hired several so called nationalist for performing this duty.These tribal chief's turned blind,dumb and deaf,they are unable to see the worse situation of Baloch,they cant hear the cry of nation,they got no courage to speak a word against the brutality of the state.Baloch nation being displaced,killed,kidnaped and tortured by the army of ''Islamic Republic of Pakistan''.After such a cruelity what action taken by respected ''Tribal Chiefs''.Did they take the revenge of displaced peoples?Did they take the revenge of missing persons?Did they take the revenge of martyrs?Did they take the revenge of sister''Zarina Marri'' who is sexually harassed in millitary torture cell and many others we even dont know their names.But unfortunately the ''Balochi Gherat'' (honour) of tribal chief is missing somewhere or sleeping.The provincial minister chief of Jhalawan Sanaullah zehri loosing strong hold in his area after the successful freedom movement.Baloch people already boycotted him in Balochistan now in his own constituency.The state and his terrorist army failed to crush Baloch resistance movement for Independence.Now Pakistan using her play cards in name of ''Balochi honour'' to turned a war of independence into a tribal war.Sanaullah zehri said in his recent press statement''My Balochi honour allows me to send my tribesmen in Mengal's territority.He added that'' he will fight with strength,the entire land will be full of dead bodies,and i will not be responsible of killings.''

The entire Baloch nation is in state of war,but tribal chief never contributed or ''Balochi honour'' never violated by the sins of state.But today he is becoming a hurdle in baloch national movement of independence.He is diverting a political matter into a tribal war,which is not in the interest of nation.If he will comitt this blunder on instructions of state so Baloch nation will never forgive him and history will not remembered him as ''Chief of Jhalwan'' but as a ''national traitor''

Balochs in karachi being victimised for their national heritage

Members of a governing political party assaulted the Balochs , who were informing the representative of the High court of Pakistan about the illegal constructions on their ancestral land. According to the eye witnesses of the incident, at the time when the residents of Gatter Baghecha, an old town in Karachi where Baloch people are thought to be living for decades, came to explain the court’s representative about the illegal constructions done on their land a large group of the members of a governing political party Muthahida Qaumi Movement (party which belongs to the ethnic groups which miagrated from the eastern parts of India) assaulted the residents.

The members of the party chanted slogans for their leader and warned the people in front of the police and other security forces that Karachi belongs to them (M.Q.M.) and as quoted by one of the witness they (members) said “ We would do whatever we want, and if you refuse there wont be anyone to bury your bodies”. The security officials at the incidents preffered to stay quite which proved their loyalities towards the governing party, the Baloch residents of the place are under immense pressure from the mentioned racist party which has complete support of the government institutions.

Jawwad Baloch: The leader of the mentioned party is presently a resident of London, U.K., and we here appeal to the locals of U.K. to force the English government to take neccasary actions rather than proving the leader with an political assylum.
