New Torture Cell in Dera Bugti, Sui, under the control of ISI & Mir Aali Bugti

The interviewee pleads for the UN to investigate...

Gwank Report: (Dera Bugti, Sui); A report has been circulating not in the Pakistani media of course, but through Baloch sources it has been confirmed that Dera Bugti is mostly devastated with severe human rights violation, Our Correspondent of Gwank in Dera Bugti asked a person about his previous condition in the torture cells of Bugti house (Which By the way is now known as Pakistan House), The severe torture inflicted people who are still languished inside the torture cell created by Pakistani agencies inside Dera Bugti with the Help of Mir Aali Bugti is still holding 200 to 300 Baloch men, who are by far not been fortunate enough to give their understatement as not being a part of freedom struggle, which is why they are being kept incommode in torture. Mind you that not only common folks are held up in those torture cells but many famous wadheras and fine man of Nawab Akbar Bugti have been deprived of their rights and are kept illegally by the Pakistani agencies and Mir Aali Bugti.

Now as our correspondent interviewed a recently released Bugti Baloch who has been released after three months of his ordeal inside the torture cell, to get some answer as to why Mir Aali Bugti is opposing and inflicting torture over to his own Baloch Brothers we asked the Bugti Baloch tribes men about his conditions, and also this is confirmed through this source that Master Jeevan who was caught on Express news earlier giving his statement working as an agent for Commander Riaz who is the right hand of Brahamdagh Bugti recruiting Suicide Bombers like one named Gazzo, according to this Baloch Master jeevan is also in that torture cell along with many other Bugti tribesmen where he is also suffering with gross human rights violation, Master jeevan according to him is still alive and hearting and is still being inflicted with pain and suffering as for Gazzo this man told our correspondent that Gazzo has died in those torture cells a long ago.

Now according to our report and sources, the Bugti Baloch stated "Sir I have been kept prisoner inside the torture cells for 3 months, in those 3 months they humiliated me, in those torture cell there are 200 Baloch men, In those torture cell i have seen Wadhera Ali Mohammad Mundir, Wadhera Imam Deen along with other 200 Baloch men and fine men of Nawab Akbar Bugti, They humiliated us by stripping us from our traditional clothes, they slapped us, they disgraces us, and this is what happened to me and all the other Baloch in that torture cell, Now after talking to you we would like you to help us and please demolish that torture cell which holds 200 people inside it"

Our Correspondent asked this man that how many of Baloch are in that torture cell give us the accurate figure to which he told us "That there are 200 people being kept incommode in torture, the people are from all walks of life they include wadheras, fine men of Nawab Bugti and many shepherds and poor people, they humiliate them by stripping them and slapping them around, they don’t take us as human, they don’t feed us accept torture, do kindly look at us and Please for God sake demolish this torture cell,


The next question we asked him was about the whereabouts of this torture cell as where this torture cell is located to which his answer was "This torture cell is located in District Dera Bugti and in town Sui inside the Bugti house (now called Pakistan House). We kept questioning him that what Aali bugti is doing, did he used to visit you people and saw you when you were being tortured to which his answer was direct he told us " That Aali bugti used to visit us and abused us, told us that we are traitors and you are working for BRA and Brahamdagh Bugti, he said that he pleaded to him that we are not working for anybody, we are poor folks who earn their bread by common means, we are picked up by the Pakistani agencies and brought us here".

We asked him that what is the condition of that torture cell where these people are being kept, his answer “There are 200 people in that torture cell, actually it is not a torture cell you can say that by looking at it, it looks like a living room where we were kept and beaten by sticks every morning."

We questioned him more and asked him that how they were torturing them and how Baloch were treated in that torture cells, did Punjabi army and agents come up there to humiliate them, his answer "Yes every day we were visited by Punjabis who were belong to Pakistani agencies and army men also, they humiliated us by stripping us from our traditional clothes, we were naked and slapped with sticks, where they beat us until we were unconscious, they done this 3 to 4 times to each and every one, They threw us to crocodiles, they dragged us like animals by choking us, they disgraced us in every way possible, they threw lizards into the torture cells, it was getting crowded for us as we were pushed to the extend, we run threw the door after being unconscious"

We asked him the names of those people who are still in that torture cell; he gave us few names like "Wadhera Ali Muhammed Mundhir, Wadhera Imam Deen Khan, Master Jeevan Khan, Sonah Khan & Bhagha Khan" he could say much because he said that he was mostly concerned about his own so he cant remember many but he told us that there many more. When we heard the name of Master Jeevan we tried to get some more information as recently master jeevan was interviewed by Mubashir Luqman of Express news where he confessed to work for Brahamdagh Bugti, so we question our fellow Baloch about him more and his answer “Yes master jeevan is languishing inside that torture cell, He is being humiliated and suffering", we asked him that isn’t this the master jeevan who confessed that he was carrying suicide bomb to which his reply was "No Sir! i personally talked to him and he said that he don’t have any suicide bombing mission, They are just using me and humiliating me, he said that he was the only bread earner for his home now he is inside this torture cell his family is suffering from malnutrition, he told us that Master jeevan before the interview was injected and humiliated to confess his doings, he said that Master jeevan was not in his full form when he was interviewed by Mubashir Luqman, he also told us that Master Jeevan don’t remember what happened that day with the interview, He told us that after the interview I personally asked Master jeevan about his interview, his answer was nothing for me to understood as he was not conscious because of the injection they gave to him, i asked him many times, Master jeevan according to him cant remember what happened and what he answered to"

We also asked him about Gazzo the so-called Suicide bomber about his conditions to which he answered “That when he was interviewed he was also not conscious and after the interview he was tortured to death". We asked him how many people have been killed in that torture cell, according to him there were 2 to 3 people who have killed so far, He also stated " That every men whenever visit us used his gun to beat us and want us to beg for our life’s, we cant understand that where are these Human Rights Organizations, is United Nation Blind and International Communities deaf to not hear our cries and our humiliation, We appeal to all to please look to us and demolish this torture cell.

We questioned him about the names of those who were killed inside the torture cell, He told us "That yes many people were killed in which Gazzo the suicide bomber, and one who belong to Masuri bugti tribe (he told us that he cant remember his name), he told us that he was bragged into the place where he saw two corpses of people who were lying dead, in which one was Gazzo and other was a person from Masuri Bugti Tribe. We asked him some more about the news of tortured happened infront of him, he stated "Sir! we were told beaten and asked that we are one who are throwing bombs, rockets, mortals, they accused us for the crimes which we didn’t do we are just shepherds who are earning bread in a common way, i was flocking when i was picked up, i was tortured and beaten and humiliated".

Our Correspondent asked him who picked you up he told us " That both of them Mir Aali's men and agencies picked me up, they were collaborating with each other, every Baloch inside that torture cell has been picked up by both of them parties" He also told us the name of Mir Aali's men which include "Bahil Khan, Sahir Khan" he told us he worked for Attock cement when he was picked up, he told us that he was loading the truck at about 8:00 PM he saw vehicles approaching and then he was picked along with his fellow workers". We asked him that why they picked you up you didn’t question them, to which "Sir! They told us that we are terrorists, I pleaded to them that we are poor people who earn from this, we haven’t done anything please leave us".

We asked him that after they were picked up, what they questioned them first, he told us “Sir! They told us that we are fighting; we have guns to which we are fighting for independence and liberty for Balochistan, you are doing a lot of things, I told them that we are nothing talking about liberty or independence we are poor people who are working day and night to earn our living, leave us please" our Correspondent asked him that when they picked you up did you knew where they were taking you along with many of your fellowmen, his answer was clear "Yes Sir! They were taking us to Sui where Bugti house is situated but not it is not Bugti house it is called Pakistan House, and once we were inside they beat us with guns, sticks and belts, they took our livestock’s and many other belongings, and for this Wadhera Ghulam Nabi is responsible for taking our belongings". We asked him about this character Wadhera Ghulam Nabi, He told us that this man belongs to Shambani Tribe.

We asked him how he was released, he told us "Sir! They asked us to pay them, we paid them and also gave them our livestock’s, they destroyed our homes, they destroyed all of belongings," we asked him why this torture cell was created on the first place, he told us” This jail was created to torture people, this is created by the Pakistani agencies, It's the house of Pakistani agencies where Baloch are kept and treated badly and gross human rights violation has been done inside this torture cell, It is Agency room where interrogation with torture follows" we asked him directly to tell us that why they are doing us what is their purpose, his answer "Sir! They told us we will not let the Baloch do terrorism, we will not accept any Baloch speaking of liberty or independence, I again pleaded that leave us we are not the one you want but they cruelly told us that we will not leave anybody, Pay us or die, they told us that we will not leave anyone in Dera Bugti, we will take everybody out of this battlefield who is talking about freedom and working with our enemies, we will kill those who talk about Brahamdagh bugti and his fellow terrorists, who every is working with Brahamdagh and talks about freedom we will not leave them so easily, i pleaded again but all was vain".

We asked him what kind of torture they inflicted was it only physical or mental torture also followed his answer “That Sir! I was injected I was mentally ill and I couldn’t get out from those nightmares I am still struggling from all that stress. I was mentally tortured i was given injection and was nearly unconscious and in this state they interrogated me and told me that i was the person who was bombing and attacking the towns". We asked him about his friends who were abducting with him and asked their condition, he told us "Sir! They are all my fellow men’s, they are there inside that torture cell, Wadhera Ali Muhammed, Wadhera Imam Deen, and he said that people are increasing day by day as more Baloch are being brought in inside this torture cell, it is not confirm that they are 200 but I am confirmed that the ratio has increased from 200 to many. The torture cells exist of two living rooms, I don’t know the square foot but this I know that its a big place where 150 people are being kept, there is not electricity and we were left with nothing, there were times when people were unconscious with crowded room, many 80 to 70 old aged people suffered were also there, We will ask you again to please send our message to the United Nations and tell them about our condition, I am Qadir Buksh, I am just a shepherd and a poor man, I live a common life, I have been deprived as my house and my belonging were set to fire, I just want to request you to please send our pleads to UNITED NATIONS".

Human Rights Violations in Balochistan beyond imagination: Hyrbyair Marri

United Kingdom:, London: Expressing his grave concern of the situation what he called extremely grim, volatile and provocative in Balochistan, the Baloch patriot leader Hyrbyair Marri has said that gross human right violation have reach to that extent beyond to imagination and we as a Baloch nation are worried and concerned for our future.

In an informal chat with ‘The Nation’ here, he was of the view that Pak Army has proved itself the worst enemy to Baloch people and our province is being victimised in every aspect. “Our people are being arrested, tortured, displaced and disappeared. No one is listing to our grievances which is a matter of great concern and shame”, he supplemented.

“Just a few days before, Pakistan Army arrested about four hundred people from Quetta, Sibi and elsewhere in Balochistan and no one knows their whereabouts. This sort of heinous crime has become a matter of routine and is completely hidden from the rest of the world”, Hyrbyair claimed in his interview with ‘The Nation’ at a seminar organised by the United Kashmir people’s National Party (UKPNP) in Southall.

Later addressing the seminar, Hyrbyair Marri said that this an opportunity for me to get to know the leaders of the United Kashmir People’s National Party. I have come to attend this meeting to gain more knowledge about the freedom struggle of the people of Kashmir. “I did however, read your party’s manifesto, according to my understanding your party is for the complete independence of Kashmir from both India and Pakistan. I also read the historical facts that how Kashmir used to be an independent and peaceful state. Unfortunately that Independence did not last long as Kashmir was occupied and divided into several parts”.

Hyrbyair said; “Although Pakistan’s occupied Kashmir is called Azaad Kashmir but I don’t think people of Kashmir consider themselves azaad, because when a country is free/azaad then there is no need to put the word “azaad” before its name. I think it should rather be called occupied Kashmir. I never heard or read any other country which has the word “azaad” before its name. Therefore in my understanding the word azaad is a deception. It is just a trick to fool the people of Kashmir that they are azaad”.

Baloch leader said that Even though it his first time he is attending a meeting of the Kashmiri people but our history and the events that led to the occupation of our countries seem quite similar. “Balochistan too was an independent state throughout the history up until 1947. The creation of Pakistan by the British colonial powers became anguish for the people of Balochistan just like it is tragedy for the people of Kashmir. Balochistan has under gone five major military offensives by Pakistani occupying rulers and in each of these operations thousands of people have been killed, captured and disappeared. Several people arrested in 1970s operation are still missing. The Baloch wounds of 1948, 1958, 1962, and 1970s had not heeled when Musharraf started yet another military operation across Balochistan starting from Marri Bugti regions but soon he expanded it all over Balochistan. Several thousand Baloch have been forcefully displaced from their ancestral lands, around 4,000 Baloch activists including women and children are missing and many are languishing in Pakistani jails under fabricated charges”.

Hyrbyair said; “The Baloch are struggling for a free and democratic Balochistan just like the Kashmiris. This time the Baloch struggle is more organised and widely supported by the Baloch Nation inside Balochistan and the Baloch in Diaspora. The Diaspora is a significant factor in every freedom struggle as they have more opportunities, freedom and safety than those back home. We have several Baloch committed activists who are trying to educate the wider world, the West, the UN and EU about the ground realities in Balochistan”.

Referring to Diasporas, he said; “I think Diasporas like the Kurd, the Baloch, the Kashmiris and other occupied nations should co-operate with each other in order to gain their independence. As we all know that these occupying states do have a common and national interest to keep us oppressed and occupied, they help each other on national and international level. The oppressed Nations should do the same; I mean to say they should work jointly for the sole purpose of their freedom and national interest only. Independence is our human right, our democratic right and our natural right. No matter however powerful and well-equip our enemy may be, they cannot keep us enslaved forever. The cruel invaders of our countries must know that their invasion will come to an end sooner or later. They know that they are unwanted guests and they are not welcomed on our lands. The more people they arrest, the more people they kill the more it becomes obvious that they are fearful of the occupied people to overcome some day”.

Hyrbyair Marri expressed his hope that the occupied nations and in particular the people of Kashmir and Balochistan will soon become free from the yoke of the slavery and once again become sovereign, peaceful and democratic nations. I hope that our people will once again enjoy the true freedom, peace and prosperity.

He ended his speech with raising the slogan; “Long live the freedom struggle of the Kashmiri and Baloch people”.

Three citizens of Balochistan injured due to firing by the Iranian border forces

Occupied Balochistan, NAUKANDI: At least three citizens of Chagai, Balochistan, were injured due to firing by the Iranian Security Forces (SF) in Talab Area near Pak-Iran border on Thursday.

According to details the Iranian SF opened fired on a passenger vehicle near Talab Noor Ullah and as a result three people including Hafeez Ullah from Chagia, Lal Muhammad from Daalbandin and the driver got injured who were shifted to the local hospital but later the doctors suggested shifting them to Quetta. Sources said that the Iranian SF took the vehicle in their custody.

The sources further said that the local transporters condemned the incident and urged that they bring food goods from the Taftan to Talab area but they face these sorts of incidents by Iranian forces on a daily basis. The locals of the area appealed to the Chief Minister Balochistan, Nawab Aslam Raisani to hold an inquiry of the incident and provide justice to them.

nobody can save the Baluch from the Persian, Shiite colonisation but the Baluch

Iran is a multi-religion and multi ethnic state. There is no reliable censor to determine the religion and ethnic population that constitutes Iran. Today’s Iran does not represent the old Persia it has been argued that a civilization cannot survive without a culture and its religions. A Unique civilization needs unique laws, the Old Persian religion and its laws were dead. The contemporary Iran laws are the Shiite religious laws and their culture is an Islamic culture. They evaluate their action with the Shiite religious value, all Iranian are not the Shiite.
The line which divides the Iranian population is the Shiite sect against the Sunni Muslim. The religion divide is much wider than the ethnic and linguistic division in the Middle East. An experience in Iraq has shown that the religion loyalty is much stronger than the ethnic loyalty. The Iraqi Shiite has conspired with non Arab Persian co-religion in order to eliminate the Iraq Arab Sunni. The Iraq’s Arab population shares language and cultures, history, the population is divided into two major sect of Islam and they cannot tolerate each other, they have taken to the arm to eliminate each others. Shiite and Sunni divide is not confined into the Iraq

Most modern states protect their population from external and internal threats regardless of their religion, ethnicity, colour, and class. The Iran borders are not shield to protect the Iranian citizen from internal and external threat, the state itself is the biggest threat against the Baluch and others, and on the other hand Iranian regime is willing to risks everything that Iranian have in order to protect the Lebanon and other Shiite around the world.

It has been said that about the twenty million out of seventy millions Iran’s population are the Sunni sect of Islam. The Iranian Shiite based constitution discriminate the twenty million Iranian populations. The Iranian Sunni Muslim cannot be nominated for the office of presidential, head of parliament, minister, and provincial, governor-ship.

Sistan and Baluchistan is the poorest province of Iran, Baluch are not belong to the Shiite sect of Islam, Baluch are not Persian, they are culturally and the linguistically, historically different from the rest of Iranian. Before (1980) revitalisation of fundamentalist Islam in the region one could claim that the majority of Baluch were secular. I am not sure it is still the case but future is not looking very bright. To Baluch Iranian are occupying their land, humiliating them in public. The Iranian regime persecute the youth by hanging them in the groups in a public squire and hangs their dead body for days and hanged persons relatives must pay the Iranian authorities in order to receive the dead body of one’s father, son, brothers. Iranian confiscates the Baluch properties and distributes the loots among themselves.

The Representative of the supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in Sistan and Baluchistan, the Sunni majority province, has ordered the Sunni faithful not to pray in public places. The Sunni must subordinate their pray under Shiite Mullah. At the present of Shiite Imam Sunni Imam cannot lead a communal pray, this is contradictory to Sunni’s believes. I do not believe that is acceptable to any Sunni, because the Sunnis and Shiite are two different schools of thought with the very serious differences. Each doctrine believes the other is the imposter. I would like to leave the fatwa to the Mullahs.

The Persian king had destroyed the Baluch fort, they have changed Baluch cities names, they rationalised the Baluch names Persian has distorted the Baluch history. They have destroyed Baluch economy now they are even trying to impose the Shiite religion on Baluch. I think everything has a limit but the Persian and Shiite have crossed every boundary against the Baluch. They are denying every means to existence. It is the time for the Baluch in Iran to mobilise themselves nobody can save the Baluch from the Persian, Shiite colonisation but the Baluch.

Fida Ahmed Baloch s/o Ghulam Mohammad Rind was born in 1957 in Koshek,Turbat.In 1971 he cleared his matriculation from Turbat High School.He graduated from Turbat Degree College with B.A degree in 1975.He did his double M.A from Balochistan University Quetta,M.A Economics in 1979 and M.A English in 1981.Meanwhile he received certification from Balochistan University in Balochi and Brahvi languages.He started his political struggle from Turbat High School and became the active member of Baloch Student Organisation(Awami).In september 1973 he organised a protest rally in Turbat against the millitary operation in Balochistan.In 1978 he became the Secretary General of BSO(Awami).He played a key role in unity of BSO and BSO(Awami).He was the founding figure and member of central committee of former Balochistan National Youth Movement,now Baloch National Movement.

He knew he was on the hit list of anti-nationalist forces but he bravely continued his struggle till on 2nd May 1988 he was assassinated in his own bookshop in Turbat.Assassins killed a man but couldn't kill his vision which would be cherished and pursued by every single Baloch.

Why don’t government and pro-Pakistan Baloch parties condemn killing of Baloch women: BWP

Our houses are under regular attack and our women are being disrespected even physically tortured by Pakistani police and other security forces: complains mother of Mir Wadood Raisani

Occupied Balochistan: The aged and respected mother of Mir wadood Raisni slammed the Balochistan government for their silence over the killing of Baloch women and children in Dera Bugti, Kohlu and elsewhere in Balochistan. She said Baloch women are being disrespected on daily basis in the name of search operations; many have been physically tortured but we didn’t see the PPP (Raisani) government even say a word against the Pakistani security forces. “Everyone is condemning the killing of the college female professor but nobody said anything when Baloch women have been killed, tortured, humiliated and even kidnapped”, she said.

While addressing a press conference at Quetta press club on Friday she said Barowry road police station’s SHO Ameer Mohammad have raided her and her relatives’ house on several occasions without producing any arrest or search warrants to them. She also alleged that there were no female police officials present during all these raids and the male officials searched the Baloch women, misbehaved with them and arrested the young boys including Azam Raisani, Zaheer Raisani, Murtaza Raisani. The police also broke the doors and windows of the houses during the search operation, she said.

She said earlier the same SHO and his men had arrested Jhanzeb Raisani and they could not bring any evidence against him that is why they put him in prison under MPO. “We always try to tell you (the rest of Pakistanis) that Baloch want freedom and Baloch are being punished for asking for a Independence”. She said that she was not asking anyone from the government to take action but she was presenting her case to Baloch defenders of motherland. Referring Baloch fighters she said “we look towards you and GOD for justice”. She reiterated that “We will continue to ask for freedom no matter what the result may be”.

Meanwhile a spokesperson of Baloch Women Panel has also strongly criticised all those pro-Pakistan parties and individuals who according her were talking of Baloch code of honour. Terming such statement sheer hypocrisy she said that when Baloch women were killed none of these people thought of Baloch code of honour and they never dared to condemned the brutal acts of the state against Baloch women but today everyone was shedding crocodile tear for the murder of the college professor. She was also strongly critical of Balochistan High Court Chief justice that he took somoto action against the murder of female College professor but he never took action against thousands of Baloch missing persons and killing and injuring of Baloch women at the hand of Pakistani security forces.

She strongly condemn the arrest of Habib Marri, Malook Marri, Dr Akbar Marri, Mir Qadir Baloch, Murtaza Raisani and other hundreds of people who have been arrested recently by Pakistani security personnel from different Baloch populated areas in Quetta.

She said that the acid attack on Baloch women and children is an attempt to scare us (Baloch women) off from taking part in Baloch struggle for freedom because from past few years the Baloch women have been at the fore front of Baloch struggle for Independence. She made it clear that Baloch women will not be intimidated by such coward action of Baloch enemy.

Protest against acid attack on Baloch women in Kalat, Quetta and adjourning areas

Occupied Balochistan: Baloch political parties, student Organisations and tribal notables have strongly protested against the pro-Taliban Pakistan’s Intelligence agencies outrageous attacks against Baloch women and children. They demanded strong and swift action against those pro-Jihadi elements that are behind such crimes against women across Balochistan.

The protesters also condemned the police crackdown against innocent Baloch across Quetta and other surrounding areas. They said the security forces had failed to arrest the real culprits who could well be within their own ranks. The protesters while citing the example of Bengalis said that to crush their struggle for liberation Pakistani military used same tactics and brute force against women folk of Bengali people. They alleged that 200,000 Bengali women were raped by the so called Islamic army of Pakistan but despite such inhuman action Pakistani military had failed to crush the freedom movement of Bengali people. They said today Pakistani security forces were involved in similar crimes in Balochistan against Baloch women through their Jihadi groups.

Due to the protest and shutter-down call Kalat and adjourning areas remained close for all kind of traffic and presence in government offices was also reported thin. Meanwhile a spokesman of BNF has strongly condemned the re-arrest of Mir Qadir Baloch the leader of BWM (Baloch Watan Movement). He said Qadir Baloch had already spent 10 months in prison and was released recently but last night he has been abducted again.

Lashkar-e-Balochistan warned Oil, gas Companies to quit Balochistan

Occupied Balochistan:Lashkar-e-Balochistan, an armed Baloch militant organisation, has warned different companies working in Balochistan for oil and gas exploration to quit the province or face dire consequences.

The warning was given through a pamphlet dropped at the Khuzdar Press Club. The organisation said in the pamphlet said that looting of Baloch resources won’t be tolerated any more.
According to the pamphlet, Bolan Mining Company and other firms, working on Chamalang, Reko Diq and Saindak projects, were playing a crucial role in looting the provincial resources.

It said that under the pretext of exploration of oil and gas, personnel of intelligence agencies have started a survey of Baloch areas.Oil and gas companies are warned that they should quit Balochistan otherwise they should get ready for dire consequences.
